Nia Jackson Is a graduate of Rutgers University where she studied dance and education. She received her BFA in Dance from Mason Gross School of the Arts in May of 2017 and her Master’s in Dance Education in 2018. Nia has worked with choreographers such as Carolyn Dorfman, Brian Brooks, Sidra Bell, Camille A. Brown and more.

Along with working with various choreographers, she has also won multiple awards for her own choreography. Nia is a member of the National Honer Society for Dance Arts and the National Dance Educators Organization. She is currently a full time dance teacher in the Springfield school district. Nia is also a member of the urban dance group, The Wannabes. In addition to dance, Nia has completed her 200 hour Yoga teacher training through the Om Factory Yoga Center in NYC.  Her goal is to ensure that students leave her class feeling motivated, inspired, and eager to learn.
